The different perspectives and experiences in various fields of work they bring to make major contributions to lead teams and be transparent and open in the process to bring about new ideas and change.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and knowledge. We are open to hearing everyone's opinions and our ability to talk through challenges as they arise. We also all have a great sense of humor as well!
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to be successful and communicate challenges individually and as a team. I like having the necessary technology and knowledge base to help me with achieving my goals. I am a part of a great diverse team of dedicated professionals who care about the work, customers, employees, & company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do a lot of knowledge and information sharing whereas we know what is going on in various departments within the organization. We have continuous team meetings and gatherings to get to know each other better as a team. We are considerate and genuinely like each other and we laugh a lot.
