What do you like best about the leadership team?
Encouraging and supportive in helping out
Manager is the best ever. Leadership is mediocre. Products have issues that Leadership is very slow to address and expects sales to make up the difference. Very much a life science oriented company.
The amount of support is amazing. So extremely approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the compensation package to be very generous and fair.
variable pay calculated in transparent manner and also opportunity to earn more money based on your's and company performance
Incentive plan and stock option plan
In line with competitors in the industry
schooling, housing and bonus in all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
less salary compared to market
salaries are low comparted to market standards

Easily reach out and try their best to assist as a team

there is team spirit and people are open , friendly and respectful
