They provide direction without getting in the way.
They make changes keep the company viable

Meeting manager once or twice a year is common. Do not communicate on how you are doing. No management skills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Had stock options at one time. Stopped giving out stock for hourly employees. Treating people as a number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is creative, talented and experienced.
The team I work with are all great people with knowledge areas that I lack, so growth occurs naturally
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are great, management needs alot of improvement. Management talks the talk but can't do the walk.

If management can't figure it out they in the wrong position. It not my job to help you on how to do your job.
