What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness/transparency, they welcome feedback, open to changes.
They are open, they listen to new suggestions. Even though their schedule is full and they work harder than I do, their doors are always open for a conversation or an advice. You feel like you are heard and your opinion is not overlooked.
