My overall experience has been very disappointing. When I joined I was able to work with some great people, who have since left the company (some out of choice, some out of bad management decisions). The company is moving in a bad direction and I feel bad for my colleagues and our clients.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more transparency and accountability amongst the board
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to weed-out the people in the London HQ who spread lies and falsehoods, which contributes to an awful global company culture
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people who work at QS are actually great - but the management and executive teams are not fulfilling their responsibility to the company employees.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The company needs to be more honest about its long-term plans when it brings employees on board. I feel let down and lied to about my on-boarding experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has gone out of it's way to remove benefits from employees in the past 24 months including healthcare benefits, whilst at the same time increasing London-based executive compensation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has recently removed a number of people who were working the hardest and delivering the best results - which doesn't make any sense. Clients throughout the industry are talking about how QS will not be around in 24 months.
