Needs to weed-out the people in the London HQ who spread lies and falsehoods, which contributes to an awful global company culture
Despite being a contractor, there is no ability to negotiate because contractors are dependent on QS for their full-time income. Inability to be supported in starting a family will likely be the reason I leave. It feels cruel.
Very poor benefits - the company doesnt believe in benefits. Just see it as an inconvenient cost
The company has gone out of it's way to remove benefits from employees in the past 24 months including healthcare benefits, whilst at the same time increasing London-based executive compensation

Lost key industry leaders over past 5 years, and replaced them with career mediocre people who dont know the industry or know how to manage and lead.
There needs to be more transparency and accountability amongst the board
The company needs to be more honest about its long-term plans when it brings employees on board. I feel let down and lied to about my on-boarding experience.
Customers hate QS. They only work with us because they have to.
The company has recently removed a number of people who were working the hardest and delivering the best results - which doesn't make any sense. Clients throughout the industry are talking about how QS will not be around in 24 months.
