Listening to employee's. Also, higher up needs to do a much better job on hiring qualified managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Monthly allotted amount to help with paying a portion of health insurance costs.

We have a smart, enthusiastic group that love coming to work every day. They are passionate about their work and always go above and beyond.

A better attitude going forward. It's a very stiff and quiet atmosphere.
