Ms. Jennifer J. Kent has been an Executive Vice President of Administration and General Counsel at Quad/Graphics, Inc., since June 2015 and December 2013 respectively and serves as Secretary. Ms. Kent served as Vice President at Quad/Graphics, Inc. from December 2013 to June 2015. She responsible for the legal and compliance functions of the company. Ms. Kent joined Quad/Graphics in 2010 as Assistant General Counsel managing the corporate and commercial legal group, including all corporate, real estate, commercial, regulatory and intellectual property matters. She worked in the legal department at Harley-Davidson for more than seven years, including a three-year assignment in Europe. Her final position at the motorcycle manufacturer was Associate General Counsel for International Sales. Prior to her Harley-Davidson work she served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and as a litigation associate for Milwaukee law firm Foley & Lardner. She earned her law degree from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Iowa.
