Quad Graphics is a company that has unfortunately left me with a sense of deep dissatisfaction. From my personal experience and observations, it is evident that my dislike for Quad Graphics stems from their management practices and the impact it has on the overall work environment.

It was a complete joke. Not formal by any means
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we should prioritize transparency, open communication, and employee engagement. Encouraging feedback and implementing it, recognizing and appreciating employees' efforts, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment will contribute to a better company culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication should be enhanced by actively listening to one another, expressing thoughts clearly, and ensuring everyone is on the same page. Fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and valued can lead to better teamwork and innovative solutions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at Quad Graphics is in dire need of improvement. Their lack of transparency, disregard for employee feedback, and authoritarian management style hinder productivity and employee morale. It is crucial for them to prioritize communication,employee empowerment,and a positive work culture
