What do you like best about the leadership team?

The flexibility at the moment to work

Good team. They care abour employees

We work together at quad. From the press to the finishing everything have to be done in an orderly fashion to get the job complete which takes the stress off the next person and helps the job be more easier.

Works quickly to address problems we are facing with real, permanent solutions.

They are down to earth and appreciate that we are all human. I feel most companies focus on their bottom line, while QUAD and it's leadership know that focusing on their employees will improve the company, and a successful business comes from happy employees.

Overly communicative and transparent about all moves that have a trickle down effect within the company.

The team is always willing to listen and regularly solicits ideas from across the company. They let people do their job and understand that those doing the job have great insight on how to improve.

Good communication skills, knowledgeable, able to excel and move up the chain of command.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership at Quad Graphics is in dire need of improvement. Their lack of transparency, disregard for employee feedback, and authoritarian management style hinder productivity and employee morale. It is crucial for them to prioritize communication,employee empowerment,and a positive work culture

Listening to the problems of their new employees

Respect other employees and work with them.

There is no leadership at my plant

Not playing favorites, trusting their crews, incentive programs, bonus programs
