Melissa Fisher — Chief Financial Officer at Qualys

Ms. Melissa B. Fisher has been Chief Financial Officer of Qualys, Inc. since April 28, 2016. Ms. Fisher serves as Managing Director of Foros Advisors LLC. She has been Vice President of Corporate Development, Investor Relations & Treasury at Digital River Inc. since 2013. She served as Head of Investor Relations at Zynga Inc. She has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking and has a strong understanding of corporate finance and strategic business planning activities. She served as a Managing Director at Foros Group LLC, a boutique investment banking firm, from September 2009 to March 2012. Prior to that, Ms. Fisher worked in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Banc of America Securities LLC, an investment banking subsidiary of Bank of America, most recently as a Managing Director. From August 1998 to 2001, she was in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Communications, Media and Entertainment Groups of Goldman, Sachs & Co. She has been Director of Model N, Inc. since August 5, 2016. She served as Director of Digital Generation, Inc. since February 21, 2013 until February 7, 2014. She served as Independent Director of Image Sensing Systems, Inc. since May 13, 2014 until November 1, 2016. Ms. Fisher received an AB in government from Harvard University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
