What do you like best about the leadership team?
They can be supportive, but only when you are having wins. When you are struggling or lose a deal, fingers are pointed at you.
Competent leadership team, always ready to meet and speak to customer and support success
It has been refreshed recently, since Philippe retired
They are accessible, fair-minded and we talk to them regularly.

Management do not care about employees and management teams get changed every year

Lots of good knowledge within the team, generally good team members that you would happily hang out with after work.
Very welcoming and the culture is very inclusive

Change mindset and learn to plan, use tools, share knowledge

You are left alone to get on with your day. There isn't much in the way of micromanagement. You are responsible for your own destiny.
I feel trusted to do my job and do not feel I have to compare my style /work to anybody else. This is a result driven culture where opportunities of growth will present themselves if you are ready for the challenge
