Mr. Kevin P. Delaney has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Quanex Building Products Corporation since December 12, 2007. Mr. Delaney is responsible for providing legal guidance for Quanex and leading the corporate human resources functions, including benefits and compensation, employee relations and crisis communications. Mr. Delaney served as Vice President and Secretary of Mikron Industries, Inc. He has significant experience in business leadership and Corporate General Counsel and Compliance. Mr. Delaney served as a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Quanex Corporation since February 24, 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Delaney served as Vice President and General Counsel of Quanex Corporation since 2003 and Secretary since 2004. Prior to that, he served as Chief Counsel for Trane Residential Systems, a business of American Standard Companies, a global manufacturer with market leading positions in automotive, bath and kitchen and air conditioning systems, since 2002, Assistant General Counsel for American Standard Companies since 2001 and Group Counsel for The Trane Company's North American Unitary Products Group since 1997. Prior to that time, Mr. Delaney was Vice President -- General Counsel with GS Roofing Products Company, Inc. from 1995 to 1997 and Senior Attorney with GTE Directories Corporation from 1991 to 1995. He serves as a Director of Mikron Industries, Inc. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and is a Member of the American Corporate Counsel Association and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries. Mr. Delaney graduated from Austin College with a B.A. in Political Science and received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.
