John A. Martell — Executive at Quanta Services

Mr. John A. Martell is an Owner of Martell Electric, LLC and serves as its President. Mr. Martell founded MISCOR Group, Ltd. and served as its Founder and Chairman. He founded Magnetech Industrial Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Miscor Group, Ltd., in 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from November 2001 to June 2010. He served as the President of Ideal Consolidated, Inc. from October 2008 to June 2010. Mr. Martell served as the Chief Executive Officer and Unit President of American Motive Power Inc. from April 2004 to Feb 2010. He served as the President of HK Engine Components, LLC, a former subsidiary of Miscar Group, Ltd. from December 2001 to June 2010 and from February 2005 to June 2010 respectively. Mr. Martell has over 30 years experience in the electrical contracting and industrial services industry at a senior executive level. He served as the President of Magnetech Industrial Services Inc. since November 2001. He served as Vice President of Trans Tech Electric Inc. until 2001 and its Founding Shareholder. He serves as Chairman of HK Engine Components, LLC. Mr. Martell has been the Chairman of Magnetech Industrial Services, Inc. since April 2004. He has been the Chairman and Director of Miscor Group, Ltd. since April 2004. He served as a Member of the founding board of directors of Quanta Services, Inc. from February 1998 to May 2001. He is a member of the Engineering Advisory Council at the University of Notre Dame and served two terms on the Board of Trustees at St. Mary's College. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Indiana and Michigan. He is a member of AICPA. Mr. Martell holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Certificate in Executive Management also from the University of Notre Dame.
