What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am am more than just a tiny piece of a bigger puzzle. The team takes the time to get to know you.
Willing to listen and help employees become what they want to become in the company. Don't over manage and work to help employees understand change.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid every week.
Bonuses are the best part.
They pay a Good salary
Variety of benefits available for all level of employees.
Health Insurance is great for families
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they took our vacation away, and there is plenty of corruption

There is not enough paid time off for anyone with a family.

They overcome disappointment from the top leaders in the company. Jackson’s are all about the Jackson?
We share knowledge and ideas on projects.
Energy in wanting to do what's right and making the company a great place to work.
The people on the crew I was working with are good hard working men
wanna work, but no vacation. if your not on salary you get no paid days.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet several staff and leaders during the process.
They ask questions but also share information about the company.
Face to face with multiple departments to make sure I understood what was the vision.
The interviewer was very engaging
made me feel excepted till now

They must be equal with all employees and stop doing favoritism and intimidation towards employees.

The best part of my day is when I leave.
The positive atmosphere is so encouraging.
make a living and have a vacation thats paid. they took it away. we have to work while everyone else enjoys the holidays...
