I am am more than just a tiny piece of a bigger puzzle. The team takes the time to get to know you.
Willing to listen and help employees become what they want to become in the company. Don't over manage and work to help employees understand change.
They have a great open door policy!
They are smart, caring individuals that know how to run a great public company and still care for their employees
