Slightly above median base pay but stock option is a gambling

equity and benefits are competitive

base salary is competitive as this is a private company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Quantcast aims to hire top talent, but doesn't pay top salaries. Equity is not going to be liquid for a while, as Quantcast is aiming to IPO, but is not ready to do so any time soon.

Compensation is below industry average for the work I do. Emphasis is on hiring senior devs instead of promoting internally
