The company is in a transition of rapid growth so there is some lag time with keeping up with all the needs of a growing company. I believe the management with catch up with company needs. The working environment is a good fit for me personally.

Some are very young with strong attitudes. They should be more concerned with the quality of work and environmental improvements rather than making someone look bad to make themselves look superior
