+ Piloting a six-month mentoring program to develop and promote high-potential females and people of color.

+ Developing targeted recruiting partnerships with diversity job boards.

+ Implementing a manager development program within our operations groups.

+ Our Employee Resource Groups, supporting women, veterans, LGBTQIA, Black, Asian-American/Pacific-Islander, and Latinx voices, meet regularly throughout the year to establish priorities and plan and execute many different initiatives, focusing on four key areas: employees, community, members, and suppliers. These groups are empowered to organize community activities and drive positive change.
