Kristen isn’t afraid of challenges—in fact, she delights in them. At work, this means she celebrates that no two days are the same in Quantum Health’s fast-growing business. And at home, she builds strength and finds balance practicing Pilates several days a week. Her people-first personality makes her the perfect leader to support our Quantum Health Warriors.
Supporting those Warriors is her favorite part of her role as Vice President, Member Engagement. She leads multiple Quantum teams—including Pod Operations, Clinical Engagement, Training & Quality Coaching and Workforce Management—in creating a world-class member experience and proven results for clients. Ultimately, Kristen drives the successful execution of our operational model, adapting to the ever-changing marketplace with enthusiasm and wit.
