What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is supportive and fair
There is a strong sense of family where I work and I love that. Most of want that in the work place and management understands how important that is for us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I take great issue with how much I get paid vs the responsibilities that give me. I got lots to do but don't get compensated for it the way I believe I deserve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to help each other with their work. One of the great things about a good team is that everyone is there for each other, that means when one person needs help with something they can't handle on their own someone else will always step in to help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work as a great team. Everyone understands how teamwork is important for our department. We all accept each other for our differences and help each other when we can.

I don't like being interviewed by a lot of people and when I interviewed here it was in a room with 8 other people.
