Taking care of concerns that employees have
Everyone should be helping someone else if they aren't doing anything in the company I work for.
To not act like it's high school and talking behind each others back. Some employees seem to feel privileged to not doing every task they are suppose to be doing.
Employees have talked awful stuff about other employees in front of customers I was actually told last week a co-worker who constantly is rude and lies was saying horrible things about me in front of him an other employees. Also more than just one customer heard.
