What makes you most happy at work?
Degree of collaboration. Gathering everyone together and seeing each other is truly amazing. We are also fortunate enough to be able to have everyone catch up in person at our events. Putting that personal human touch to our web-collaboration tools creates a good working relationship.

Everyone in our team is pumped up and excited about making a difference for our coworkers, suppliers, and members. We are committed to 100% partnership with all our internal departments. We also encourage participation in the Coworker of The Month recognition so that all good deeds are recognized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We exploit opportunities. STN has made great progress in automating rote tasks. There are still opportunities to weigh in and continue to make a difference. STN seeks ways to help us deliver value to our owning members and to each coworker by creating solutions that can stand the test of time.
