What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The open door policy with the executive team is amazing. I can talk to my team about any issues i have at work and we all help each other out.

Everyone is always at the ready to help.

Everyone truly cares for one another and believes in our mission. Negative people never last long here.

They understand that everyone makes mistakes. All that is expected is that you do your best and learn from the mistakes that you do make.

We exploit opportunities. STN has made great progress in automating rote tasks. There are still opportunities to weigh in and continue to make a difference. STN seeks ways to help us deliver value to our owning members and to each coworker by creating solutions that can stand the test of time.
