The company culture has made a 180 degree change. You're expected to work hard but the support and the benefits make the hard work worthwhile. Plus, the rest of the staff are all very good people.
Signature is a great work environment, allows just the balance of support and autonomy. I like that everyone tries and works hard and cares about the company's success. The company also provides top of the line office equipment and is generous with providing food, gift cards, etc.
