What do you like best about the leadership team?I like how our leadership team does they’re best to bring the whole group good energy and to keep that up. Our company is about spreading aloha and I think our leadership team
What are some of the best things about your team?I feel my team truly does their best to give it their all while working. They strive to constantly do better by themselves and the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The team is basically one big family. We do our best to just help people and get to know them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have been working there for 3 years and there is no way to truly excel unless someone leaves. I also seem to be doing certain tasks that supervisors should do but I am still getting paid less although I do extra work.
