The vision, heart and care for all of their people.

Relating the facts, I was told one thing to sign on and then put under a different rate of the contract.

I’m really not sure ye
We have medical and dental options that are 100% paid for as well as life insurance, of course, and a great vacation package. They truly take care of their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised a amount for my commision rate and then put under something different.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The meetings they offer are really helpful.
While the creativity of the team is unmatched, their care for the people around them is felt every single day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
At this time it should be set upp as a more motivating enviroment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is fun and energetic.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Well if someone wants to leave you should not hold them by force and not giving a release is being held by force. You are not being given a choice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Culture at the time. People
Friendly people who were extremely easy to talk to. I felt like I could ask anything and they would happily answer.
