People are smart and respectful, most have informed opinions but are also open to others' ideas. Supportive. People are all working toward the same goal. No politics.
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing users in the office or visiting classrooms - seeing comments on on twitter, people coming up to me on the street to tell me how much they love Quizlet (if I wear my Quizlet shirt).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO has track record at Google Docs and Youtube of building huge businesses on content - great cheerleader for the company, smart, transparent. We see the balance sheet and all company metrics and get an all-hands update with every board meeting. Many other seasoned execs have joined the team
