Not trained for my job and do the supervisors job
I have been working for quiznos since 2015 i'm still getting $12 per hour
better hourly pay and sick leave

What are some of the best things about your team?
we all work like family ... if one person cannot finish job another person takes over

My team is forward thinking and have great ideas . There are some people here who want to be stuck in the past but when you think about where we came from the new team is making vast improvements and the past needs to stay where it is, in the past.

We just need better training

The community of the residents in the town.

It is somewhat inconsistent with the changes and the new CEOs tend to bring in their own teams so there is some doubt over continued employment.
