What do you like best about your company?
It is an ever changing environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things, including new processes. This isn't the old Quiznos and I like it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executive team have exciting ideas of where they are taking the company and I look forward to our future!
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
It is somewhat inconsistent with the changes and the new CEOs tend to bring in their own teams so there is some doubt over continued employment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR took the time to really find out my past experience, not just rely on my resume-which can sometimes be hard to interpret based on words on a page.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The plans the Executive has for the future adds to a level of excitement we haven't had before. They truly seem to care about where we are going as a company and brand.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is forward thinking and have great ideas . There are some people here who want to be stuck in the past but when you think about where we came from the new team is making vast improvements and the past needs to stay where it is, in the past.
