Not trained for my job and do the supervisors job
I have been working for quiznos since 2015 i'm still getting $12 per hour
better hourly pay and sick leave

We just need better training
Some need to be more educated while others need more clarity in the process of the procedures in the store.

Cleanliness are not satisfied at times.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
It is somewhat inconsistent with the changes and the new CEOs tend to bring in their own teams so there is some doubt over continued employment.
