- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I did not receive a raise or promotion when I poured a lot of effort into the company for over a year during a particular assignment, and when I expressed this to a VP, that person shut me down with some vague pseudo-metrics.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being accessible to the rest of the company. Most of the employees here have never spoken to the CEO, even though we are on the same floor.
