benefits package is not competitive

They are Hard workers and
The best thing about the team is everyone is helpful, nice, but folks can be lazy and instead of being held accountable for their actions we all get yelled at/blamed.
Unrealistic expectations established to pacify investors encourage risky operation of this business. Team members are unable to do the right thing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's diverse which is very good!
The patients we serve are the motivation for many to come to work. The fact that we are putting them at risk by operating irresponsibly is concerning.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to change the relationship in between HR and managers. Changing HR staff, because they do not help the culture and change few ones from uppermanagment.

It was an easy interview

What makes you most happy at work?
When we have a good team and finish a lot on time. Makes me feel proud to send it off to customers in good timing.

Customers accept terrible service because they have no better option at this point
