What do you like best about the leadership team?
we all listen to feedback from each other and try to bring things together for everyones benefit.

The leadership team is diverse and hardworking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with thier freelances and using thier humanity to understand situations that ate bo fault of the freelancers , instead of blaming algarythms ect.
Basic cleanliness and safe kitchen practices
Because call people and explain why you let me go but don't say I tried to build a nothe account because the first one is bad I don't know where that came from we om

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I traveled to a job and was late due to terrorist activity at penn station . I called late and qwick sent soneone to take my place when i was only ten minues late . I paid ive $30 carefare and was sanctioned one week for no show no call when i did text .
I cant be compensated by being rated like a comunist organazation that uses Chinese like point Systems
People in other companys work the same shifts doing less work but make way more money!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have a great veriety of akills to share and usually work very hard as i do
People easily getting to work to get the job done
All about teamwork and getting the job done.
