What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communicate with each other well
Trainings are well thought out
They are very good at understanding the needs of the employees, the customers and the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading by example. A lot of expected of associates yet the leaders at my specific location are not willing to step up to the plate and help out when necessary.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid time off is great
Benefits, such as tuition reimbursement
It is very fair, great benefits and very competitive within the industry

What are some of the best things about your team?
Good communication and an understanding of how to accomplish the needs of our department.
I would say that 70% of my team member are just that a team and we help each other.
Our team is very well trained, professional and friendly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
keep thing to them self about other coworkers
Working as a team and putting in equal effort versus expecting the most out of the hard workers and excusing those who aren't described as such.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most my coworkers are easy going and nice to work with.
Verbal encouragement, if only the compensation matched.
The managers are great leaders who support us very well and the culture within the store is very professional and positive

Learning that there were opportunities to move up within the company.

The people around me are really good people.
When we have a steady flow of customers and good people to work with.
