I like working for R&D Altanova as there are numerous opportunities for me to grow professionally, but the company needs to look into employee welfare, specially with reference to female employees.

The people responsible for leading the company are not much formal in their actions towards operational staff. It makes employees feel somehow better when serving them. Having said that, there is still a room for improvement.

I am from Khi, Pakistan. As we are still working from home, management needs to look into the working hours of employees, specially female employees. We are not designated any fixed hours and overtime is a regular feature of our job. I need to be paid for overtime, otherwise needs to get rid of it.

My team is devoted to their jobs. The members coordinate with each other more often during the work. It ultimately helps the juniors to facilitate from the experiences of senior team members but there is a need to retain senior engineers to avoid pressure cooker situation for those working.

Everyone at operational level cooperates and coordinates with each other in a positive manner.

Technical questions were in balance with the general questions.
