What do you like best about the leadership team?
Savvy leaders who are very technical but have a great understanding of business and customer needs.
Great about communicating the vision and listening to ideas to improve things for the company and customers. You feel like they care about you as a person.
Our leadership works harder for the success of our company and products than any other industry that I've worked in. They are all in.

People are interested in solving tough problems and will work together to resolve technical issues or overcome new challenges.
People with a lot of deep expertise in their areas. Always willing to help others on the team and go the extra mile to get the job done. Fun team and culture on the team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care about the other people on the team and the customers.
RackTop recognizes birthdays and plans fun summer and winter parties. The best event is RacktoberFest in September. Lunch and breakfasts are brought in from time to time. We participate in team building events like trampoline parks, go-cart racing, bowling, etc.

Meaningful work with people that appreciate me.
Creating a new product that customers like to use.
I have a lot of freedom to determine which projects I can focus on and a lot of variety with the work I do. Not every department is like mine; however, I believe most employees would say that they are given freedom to come up with their own solutions to challenges faced in their projects.
