Curt Rowland — Chief Strategy Officer at Radiance Technologies
Executive Bio
Mr. Curtis Rowland joined Radiance in 2018 and provides a corporate level focus on developing, communicating, and realizing strategy. He supports our CEO in this endeavor and collaborates with the executive team to execute key corporate initiatives. He also serves as the Corporate Lead Executive for Radiance’s Dayton Office, focusing on shaping multiple and complex stakeholder relationships at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and across the region. Before coming to Radiance, Curt spent 35 years working in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. He served in multiple Senior Executive positions, culminating with his appointment as the Chief Scientist of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). At NASIC, he guided a team of 4,000 personnel to perform scientific and technical intelligence analysis of foreign weapon systems and forces. He obtained BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University and is a Radiance Senior Technical Fellow.
