Bill has 40+ years of experience supporting intelligence, research, information operations, electronic warfare and cyber projects. He also has 26 years of industry experience as a project engineer, project lead, and program manager and 14 years of military experience as a B-52 aircraft maintenance technician and as a Research and Development Engineer at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) and the Phillips Laboratory, now the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and has completed courses in advanced engineering and business management.
