Radiance employees are generally competent, hard working, and team oriented but morale has declined sharply. Employees are quitting in batches, everyone notices, many blame leadership, but executives say there's nothing to see here.

The culture fosters incompetence. There is significant lack of motivation to perform even the bare minimum of duties. Management enforces no repercussions on those that routinely and willfully under perform.

My only complaint is how in non corporate environments employees are less professional. Often politics are brought up and a subset of other coworkers are silenced from fear of judgment.
