This is not a good question. This question assumes I work at one of the HQ locations. Once again, Radiance is not considering the holistic work force for Radiance.

Radiance is management centered. Agile processes are brittle, here. Is there a technical track available? Even if there were a few different technical paths, speaking to the culture, I am skeptical that Radiance wants to promote/retain employees who don't want to seek a management path.

1.) Ask about my professional goals. Been here over two years and have never been asked about my goals or counseled face-to-face on my performance. (Sends the message of not really caring about where I would like to grow.) 2.) Look to hire within before going outside the company.

A complete re-structuring of the org chart. Removal of managers who don't communicate with their employees. Adding charge codes for company events so that off-site personnel can be included.

The company needs to be willing to invest more in it's employees and care less about the profit line. New computers for developers, free drinks/snacks, a gym stipend, paid maternity/paternity leave, and more support for non-degree based training and certifications would all be helpful to the culture
