I look forward to whatever surprises the day may throw at me

Review from Engineering Dept
Helping a new employee learn the details of the job.
Review from Engineering Dept
I feel like the work we do matters. And the people are just a nice bonus. If you don't like the people you work with, it can make a great job you love doing, miserable. I don't think anyone feels that way here.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Being able to solve problems.
Review from Engineering Dept
I appreciate that I have the ability to work remotely and still stay integrated with my team. The support I have been shown as a military spouse- moving around while working- can't be beat. It is incredible!
Review from Communications Dept
Contributing to the overall success of the my project and the company.

Review from IT Dept
I enjoy not being micro-managed and being trusted to get my work done.
Review from Operations Dept
Being acknowledged for a job well done
Review from Business Development Dept
The specialized type of work our team conducts for the client. The combination of INTEL and AV work is truly noticed by senior leaders
Review from Customer Success Dept
No part of going to a corporate job every day is exciting. Nothing personal.
Review from Finance Dept
My group is aimed at work that doesn't fit my skills. I don't feel I belong here any longer.
Review from IT Dept
Move from a service based contract to performance based contract and get better folks that understand how to manage and resolve problems versus just do what I am told
Review from Customer Support Dept
On a bad project and very, very bored
Review from Engineering Dept
I would prefer not to say
Review from Engineering Dept
The CEO and his goons need to retire
Review from Engineering Dept
I am in a limbo state at this point. I'm not doing what I was brought in the company to do yet (hopefully). I have been bounced around from project to project for the first couple months and didn't really get going on anything meaningful
Review from Engineering Dept
New leadership at the very top is needed IMO. The company has outgrown the CEO's leadership capabilities. The board possesses too little corporate experience and is reluctant to make changes. A new CEO plus morale reset are needed. Maybe stop relying on booze giveaways to win people over.
Review from Operations Dept
For me personally, I have a tech lead that is on a power trip, and has to have everything their way. Even when they acknowledge that their way is probably not the best way to do things.
Review from Engineering Dept
In an attempt to grow into new areas, support for existing capabilities has been withdrawn, making retention of talented employees difficult.
Review from Engineering Dept
I tried to reach out numerous times to project leadership and my manager only to be rebuffed and told that it wasn't happening. I've come to the conclusion that they don't want you to speak honestly. Amberly Smith and Amanda Alexander foster a hostile work environment, they have been unconstrained.
Review from Engineering Dept
With being employees owners, most feel like the communication from upper management has definitely failed the company. Keeping us all informed of any changes would be good to know.
Review from Finance Dept
The customer we are working with has a distrust of Radiance based on the managment exodus to other companies.
Review from Engineering Dept
No technical progression within the Company, lack of opportunities to learn domain knowledge from those who do know the domain being worked on (*if* there are sufficiently senior staff on the team, which is not always a given), sprints ignore routine maintenance of development environments.
Review from Engineering Dept
Multiple things have gone done hill fast. It's made the company have a bad reputation and many employees have left. It's made my morale go down and skeptical of what is next.
Review from Finance Dept
Provide adequate and sufficient leave, stop rewarding mangers and new employees with compensation they haven't earned over the current staff, paying better wages, offering better health benefits (wife's gyno visit wasn't covered by an in network doctor!), actually valuing employees.
Review from Engineering Dept
Radiance has events and free things they give employees that work in the building, but not to people that are earning them contract wins by working in the classified sections. We are held back from doing team building activities and building relationships with the client because we have to take PTO
Review from HR Dept
More cohesiveness, more projects that include people from all over the company
Review from Engineering Dept
Provide better benefits, better leave, better managers, and higher, more market level compensation, and reward those that have put in the effort to achieve mission/contract success, rather than blowing it on the managers and corporate staff.
Review from Engineering Dept
Folks at HQ have access to different things that folks offsite dont. Look to incorporate both groups.
