What do you like best about the leadership team?
I report directly to the EVP of the company - his knowledge & understanding of the industry is key to the success of the company along with the understanding of how to work with you as an adult not manage you like someone who does not understand the industry. You're treated with respect & kindness

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a level of confidence and comfort that happens when you do your job and you are good at it - You become the go-to person for many things some are different than your actual job requirements - but you step up and do it for the best interest of the company - I would like to be recognition
What are some of the best things about your team?
Confidence - without being cocky and rude - You can be excellent at your position without being rude to others - Knowledge is for all to benefit from - I see that as a great way to succeed for a team - together you find success.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is truly an open door policy - you can go to your boss who is the EVP with anything and you will figure out the solution or come out with a brighter understanding to what you need to accomplish success and understand of how to achieve your goals

This place runs on nepotism, so the interview process is fairly unrefined
knew what they were looking for and my experience was a value add to what they are looking to accomplish
