A salary comparable to my peers as well as opportunity for advancement.
getting more respect from management for my quality work
I feel they work you hard but pay peanuts
We could be paid more considering what is in my job description

everybody just flat out gets along minus the manager

Since they stared closing stores it seems that company just hasn't cared
Incentives and discipline for underachieving co-workers regardless of tenure
