What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Constantly on her phone, does not pay attention to employees, does not participate in xray exams, cries and yells at people about her life, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health and Dental insurance is good

Yes I feel very under appreciated
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work together, stop being lazy, leave their home life at home.
