View ArticleCurrently there is no functionality to delete a record. However if it's a Deal, you can either mark it as "private" or edit and overwrite it with a new record that you plan to add. If it's an Availability, you can set the status to "Withdrawn". This will remove it from the website but will still appear on your dashboard.
The ability to delete a record is a feature we're considering for the future.
View ArticleYes! Radius performs searches based on town or postal codes using the auto-complete drop down from the search box. After you have completed your search you can draw your own polygon to fine tune your area of interest. You can also save the polygon search to receive email alerts or run the search later.1) Perform your search
2) Click into either Lettings, Occupational Sales, Investment Sales or Availabilities
3) On the map, you can either create your own by clicking "Draw" or edit the existing one by clicking "Edit".
4) After you have drawn your polygon click "Save" to return your results.
5) If you need to edit it again simply click the "Edit" button.
6)This will give you pointers you can drag to adjust. Remember to click "Save" after making your adjustments.
7) UK and nationwide polygons are also an option. Just remember to zoom the map out before drawing.

View ArticleIf the address you're looking for is a new build, industrial unit or land, then the UPRN might not have been added to the Ordnance Survey of Great Britain database yet.
If the property isn't new and you still can't find the address, then we recommend:
- Trying different address variations, like part of the building/unit/street name, post code only, partial post code or just the first line of the address.
-It's also worth searching Google maps as the address details they return may differ slightly to what you're inputting.
- Try searching the current or previous occupier name in the Building name field. Don't worry, the company name won't be shown on the website.
- If the address is slightly different to what you're trying to input, you can always use the "Preferred display address" See this article for more details

View ArticleAs we continue to provide new features via Radius APIs to our customers, there could be occasions when we have to do a breaking change to roll out something better that may require you to adjust your integration.
This page explains what changes qualify as breaking changes to our Radius APIs. It also gives examples of changes that do not qualify as breaking change.
BREAKING CHANGES
Removal of a field
Change of a field from non-mandatory to mandatory
Addition of new validation rules
Modification of the data type of a field
Change in the URL of the resource
Change the method used to access a resource
Change in response codes returned by endpoints
Removal of a look-up value from an existing look-up value field
When we introduce a breaking change into our Radius APIs, we will support two versions of the API in production, one with and one without the breaking change, for 90 days. Also, we will notify Radius APIs users of these changes and how to correctly reach each version during the breaking changes period.
Examples of NON BREAKING CHANGES
The following types of changes do not qualify as breaking changes. Please note that this list is not exhaustive; these are just some examples of non-breaking changes.
Addition of a new non-mandatory field (both GET and PUT End points)
Change of a field from mandatory to non-mandatory
Addition of look-up values in an existing look-up field
Deprecation of a field without removing it
Change in order of fields in an object, objects in an array, and so on
Change in the order of search results provided by our match end points because of improvements in address matching algorithm.

View ArticleThe preferred display address is an optional field in Radius which can be used if you cannot find the address youre looking for in our address lookup box.
Heres some dos and don'ts on how to use it
Dos
Do, search the address using the lookup box provided. If the address youre looking for does not appear please double check the postcode in Google as sometimes it can be recorded differently and our system matches Googles.
Do, select the closest geographical match to the property youre looking for if you cannot find the property itself. Look for the properties either side of the address as this determines where the property is located on the map.
Do, enter the whole address in the preferred display field as you would like it to be displayed in Radius. This will completely overwrite the address selected in the previous field.
Do, make sure your preferred display address includes: Building/Unit, Street Address, Town/City, County, Postcode
Don't
Dont feel that you have to use it ifyou'vefound the address youre looking for
Dont select a property with a different postcode from the lookup box as this will determine where the record is placed on the map and when it will display in the search results
Dont use it to add details missing from the address selected previously. If the preferred display address is used the previous addresswon'tappear at all, just whats in the preferred display address field.

View ArticleWe are not able to add address information into the database. We can over write the location description on the front end of the website but you will need to publish the advert with an alternative address.
View ArticleYou may have noticed that we now have an additional feature when contributing a record, "preferred display address". This field will allow you to enter your preferred display address which will overwrite what is shown on the Radius website. It will become available after selecting your address.
For example if you have done a deal on The Gherkin then the current address is 30 St Mary Axe, London, EC3A 8BF, this field will allow you to enter 'The Gherkin,30 St Mary Axe, London, EC3A 8BF.
Please note even though the feature is appearing on your dashboard it won't be reflected on the Radius website until March. We recommend you do use the field now as it will be easier for you to manage now than retrospectively updating the addresses.
Steps
1) Enter your address and the autocomplete menu should appear
2) Chose your address from the list
3) The "Preferred display address" will appear at the bottom of the page
4) Enter your preferred display address and click "Next" to continue adding your record.

View ArticleValuations360 will automatically search your comparables alongside EGs extensive database of 750,000 comparables based on major postcode of the subject property. It is easy to change your search area, simply search by entering a postcode, market, sub-market, city or region using the location search.
Switch to a radius search by clicking Radius Search.
Choose the size of the radius in miles using the slide bar and you can click on the shaded area to manually adjust the region being covered.
You can centre the radius search on the subject property by clicking Centre on subject property under the subject property details on the right of the map.
Click Location search to return to typing a location.
Results from your search will appear on the map and will be listed as a summary table below the map. The filters allow you to refine your results for example by deal date or by source.
Verifying comparable's and recording your enquiries
Click on the comparable to expand and view the full details. Scroll to the section Roles to see the contact details for the agent involved in the transaction to verify the record. Enhance the record with additional information by clicking Edit in the top right hand corner of the record. Fields will become editable. Click Save changes towards the bottom of the record to save your changes. Edited data will appear in orange.
Easily record your enquiry by adding a note to the comparable to record the context of the conversation. After you clip the record this will be stored in your case file.
If changes are made after adding a record to your clipboard, you will need to unselect and reselect the comparable for the updated version to be stored in your case file.

View ArticleUPRN stands for Unique Property Reference Number. Every unit of land and property in the UK is allocated a UPRN by local government and they belong to Ordnance Survey, which contains the most comprehensive address library in the UK.
Each local council will submit their address register (including the UPRN) to GeoPlace who will collate the data into a national dataset referred to as AddressBase.GeoPlace and Ordnance Survey have published a paper 'The UPRN - your golden thread' which provides information about the UPRN, what is it, how it links data together, as well as providing some user benefits.
