Raisio Oyj is incorporated in Finland in 1987. The Company develops, manufactures, and markets foods, functional food ingredients, and animal feeds. The Company operates in two business areas namely Brands and Raisioagro, and other operations. The Brands segment consists of Consumer brands unit and Licensed brands unit. The Raisioagro segment includes feeds, grain trade, protein meals and vegetable oils, farming supplies and bio-energy. The Company's brands include such names, as Benecol, Elovena, Honey Monster, Harvest Chewee, Fox's, Domens and Nimbus, among others.
Raisio was founded in 1939 and its current CEO is Matti Rikho. Since its inception 87 years ago, Raisio has grown to 1421 employees.
