Optum culture is bad across almost every metric. Why are we being forced to emulate a dinosaur of a company that's run like it's the 80s?
Really I could ask for little better at the line level at Rally. While not everyone is brilliant, everyone is empathetic. Sadly a lot of us are just burned out and sad.
I interviewed years ago when the process was different. The current process is... frankly... a mess. It's just whatever code questions the interviewer feels like with no standardization or callibration or control for biases.
