Mr. Avery S. Fischer serves as Corporate Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Ralph Lauren Corp. Mr. Fischer served as an Partner at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Mr. Fischer also has extensive experience in the prepaid products industry having represented some of the largest providers of prepaid phone cards in the U.S. He served as a Senior Executive of Prodigi Inc., an emerging processor of prepaid transactions. From 1994 to 1997, he served as an associate with the law firm of Rosenman & Colin LLP, New York, New York with a practice concentrating in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate counseling. From 1993 to 1994, he served as an Associate at the law firm of Shea & Gould, New York, New York with a practice concentrating in commercial and securities litigation.
