Mr. Jeffery C. Kuster, also known as Jeff, has been the Group President for Americas of Ralph Lauren Corporation since July 11, 2016. Mr. Kuster served as the President of Cornerstone Brands at HSNi, LLC and HSN, Inc. from December 1, 2014 to June 21, 2016. He was responsible for HSNi's portfolio of aspirational home and apparel lifestyle brands that include Frontgate, Ballard Designs, Garnet Hill, Grandin Road, Chasing Fireflies, Improvements and TravelSmith. He lead the strategic vision, drive growth and expand Cornerstone's digital presence to continue to increase customer acquisition and overall profitability. Mr. Kuster served as a Vice President of Business Operations of VF International Intimates Division of V.F. Corporation since January 12, 2005. Previously, from February 2002 to 2004, Mr. Kuster served as Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Planning for VF Imagewear, Inc. Prior to joining VF Corporation, Mr. Kuster spent five years with McKinsey & Company in a variety of consulting assignments. He joined VF Corporation in 2001 after four years at McKinsey & Company. He was with VF Corporation from 2001 to 2007. From 1988 to 1995, he served at the World Bank, Doctors without Borders, the Bureau of Labor Statistic and The Peace Corps. He served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for Berkshire Hathaway's Fruit of the Loom from 2007 to 2014. He held a number of leadership positions managing a portfolio of iconic brands throughout Europe, including as Fruit of the Loom''??s Chief Executive Officer for EMEA and India. He managed a portfolio of iconic brands including Fruit of the Loom, Vanity Fair, Spalding and Russell Athletic. In particular, he had marketing and merchandising responsibility for Fruit of the Loom and Vanity Fair and led strategy for the corporation. Mr. Kuster's international experience also includes several years spent with both Medecins Sans Frontieres and the Peace Corps. He holds a BA in Economics and Management & International Relations from Beloit College and an M.B.A. and M.P.P., both from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and the Harris School of Public Policy Studies.
